This LG 2511ER 24,500/24,000 BTU A/C is in great shape, super powerful, energy efficient, and comes w/remote control, owner's manual, and accordion slide. I believe it is a 2011 model. It came w/our house when we moved in 2013 and has only been used a few times since then. We're not big on A/C and this one is way more than we need.
